Got a call from some marketing firm, this bloke with a strong Irish accent kept asking for someone who doesn't even live at my place. Kept pushin’ even after I said no. I mentioned we’re signed up to the Telephone Preference Service, and he just goes, "What’s that got to do with it? We’re a proper marketing company!" Yeah right, didn’t seem legit to me. Best block this number for good.

I told her I usually avoid these research calls since they often share data with scammers. After that, she just ended the call.
