Someone rang up our company earlier, wanting to speak to the "business owner". When I asked for some details like the company name or what the call was about, they suddenly got quite sharp and said it was a "private enquiry for the owner". I told them I couldn’t connect the call without more info, then they snapped, "Alright, I'll just go somewhere else then".

I've had quite a few calls from this number, always someone asking for the person who runs the business. When I said he wasn’t here, they just ended the call immediately. I rang them back and was told they need to speak directly to the business owner. I explained he wasn’t in today. They rang again later on and hung up as soon as I picked up. I called them back one more time to let them know they were being impolite and to stop calling me.

This is the second time this week they've rung us. Told them once more to take our number off their list. Then some cheeky bloke called "Ben" had the audacity to quiz me about GDPR. If you’re asked to delete someone's number and don't do it, that’s a straight up GDPR violation!!!!!!!!! You could make a bit of cash by reporting these con artists!!!!
