Just blocked 029 2095 8783. A minute earlier, the same call came from a Sheffield landline, 0114 325 8708, so I blocked that number too. Don’t recognise them at all.

Absolute con job and pretty daft too. Got a call asking for my son. When I asked who it was, she said she was ringing for Ofgem Eco 4. I then asked how they got my details, and she claimed it was all legit and government approved - yeah right! I pressed on about where she’d got my phone number from or if she bought it somewhere, and she suddenly turned all defensive and clearly couldn’t handle questions outside her script. No idea what they wanted in the end, but it was definitely a scam - very rude and utterly dumb!
