Seems like a dodgy operation to me. The chap on the other end was based in India, not in Cardiff as he tried to make out. He presented himself as someone from a company that, it turns out, was shut down and removed from the register way back in 2017. As soon as he realised I wasn't buying his story, he promptly disconnected the call!
