From what I can gather from the other remarks here, it seems this is linked to 118 118. I completely spaced on moving my funds to the appropriate account, and as a result, my payment bounced. However, I certainly didn't anticipate receiving a call at the crack of dawn the following day! Typically, folks just ring them up again for a direct debit a few days after.

I've been getting incessant calls from 118118 about some money I owe. They seem to be aware that I'm not in a position to settle it until next week, yet they persist in ringing me 5 to 6 times a day, without fail. I've had enough and decided to block their number.

It seems like it’s that 118 118 lot, but funny enough, I haven't taken out a loan with them. They’re after my bank info? Not happening, I say!

I've received at least three calls from this number today, all within just a few hours. It's quite frustrating, especially since I don't recognise the number and they haven't bothered to leave a message. This isn't the first time they've tried to get in touch. The calls seem to come and go throughout the day, only to vanish for a few days afterwards. Truly bothersome!

Claimed to be from 118 118 Money, but then proceeded to put me through an unusually drawn-out security protocol just to verify my card information. Seemed a bit dodgy, to be honest.

I haven't a clue, as nobody answered on the other side of the call. I'm beginning to think it's some sort of call centre where no agents were available to take the call.
