Got a call from this number earlier, but it stopped ringing just before I could answer. Tried to ring back but couldn’t get through. We’re ex-directory, and my husband only had his careline fitted last month. Don’t understand why they’d be calling our landline, since they should be using the careline system instead. Our landline isn’t the contact number, my mobile is. Feels a bit fishy to me???

I got a call from Telecare, you know, Care line or something like that. They wanted to tell me my mum wasn’t in her flat, but she was actually right there with me. Pretty impressive service to double check like that!

Got a call from this number on Sunday, but I didn’t pick up. Found out that a couple of days before, my dad had emergency call buttons put in for his care. So, I’m guessing this call is from that service, especially after reading the messages here. Seems like it’s linked to those care line buttons.

No clue who was trying to get in touch, but my landline started ringing at 2:10 in the morning on 12/12/19 and just kept going without picking up. I tried calling the number back today, it rang a bit, then switched to a sound like you’d hear if calling a fax machine or something. Weird.
