Back in October, I bought a couple of things from E&FMall through Wowcher, and I’ve yet to get anything. I’ve emailed them loads of times asking where my stuff is, but all they do is give me the same runaround:
"It’s on its way, just give it 5 more days"
"Please hang on for another 5 days"
"We’ll resend it"

Feels like they’re just messing me about, and I’m not even sure they’re legit.
Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing? Any advice would be really appreciated.
