Got a call from a man with an Asian accent claiming to be from Openreach. He said there was some sort of virus or infection messing with my broadband and phone line and said I needed to go to my router straight away. I didn't want to go along with it, and then he started insisting it was a big issue and that since I wasn’t cooperating, they’d have to shut down my phone and internet right away. Something about it felt off, like a scam, but it's left me a bit uneasy.

Received a call from some Asian guy claiming my internet was causing issues. When I mentioned I don't even own a computer, he just snapped at me, telling me to "f### off, you b###ch." Seriously sketchy and not safe at all.

I got a call about some issues with my internet and it turned out to be a scam. When I told him he wasn’t telling the truth, he got really rude and started being abusive.

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming my broadband had issues. When I told him everything was working perfectly, he started cursing at me. That swearin’ really made me think it was dodgy - no legit company rep would talk to a customer like that. Total scam. I’ve blocked the number now.
