Got a call saying "This is British Telecom, your internet service is being cut off starting today." I was already pretty annoyed, so I just let out some swear words and slammed the phone down. Felt kinda satisfying to be honest.

total rubbish - got an automated message about my bt internet being cut off today. best thing to do is just wait for the call to end on its own, it ends up costing them more that way. definitely dont hit 1 or 2, they'll probably charge you some dodgy premium rate or try to trap you in some scam. these lot are just thieves.

This time it was a guy speaking, sounded like English, not some US or Indian robot. He said my BT service would be cut off in 10 minutes if I didn’t do something. I just hung up.
