We've been receiving a seemingly endless stream of calls from this number, 02920465570, around the same hour nearly every day. Curiosity finally got the better of us, and we answered. The gentleman on the other end inquired about a certain Ruth. When we pressed him for more details, he declared he was her brother and that this was definitely his number-though it seemed a little odd he didn’t call her more often! He then followed up with, “How long have you had this number?” Now we're left wondering if these individuals are associated with some sort of phone company, trying to gauge when people’s contracts might be up for renewal. It’s all a bit dodgy if you ask us.

We've received a good number of calls on our mobile from this number, along with 02920465570, all at the same time. Eventually, I decided to answer, and the bloke on the other end asked for someone named Ruth. When I inquired about who Ruth is, he claimed to be her brother and that this was indeed his number (strangely, he doesn't seem to contact her very often!). Then he had the cheek to ask, "How long have you had this number?" Quite baffling! It makes us wonder if these folks are part of some telecom company trying to snoop on people's contract timings. We’re not quite sure, but it certainly felt rather dodgy to us.
