this number just rang me and the moment I picked up, it cut off like always happens. i figured i’d try ringing it back, since I’m based in cardiff and thought it might be worth checking out. turns out i spoke with a really friendly guy in pentrebane who was just as puzzled as i was - apparently, he hardly ever uses his home phone. seems like someone’s spoofing his number. i've popped it on my bt call protect block list now.
