Received a call today from Vodafone after my recent upgrade. I decided to call them back, only to be met with a recorded message asking me to hold. After a couple of minutes of waiting, I was still stuck on hold, which was rather frustrating. It's worth mentioning that there are numerous call centres in Cardiff, including one for Vodafone.

Similarly, I'm currently with Vodafone and my contract certainly isn’t finishing anytime soon. I just noticed a missed call from this number?!

I'm not familiar with that number at all.

We've been receiving calls from them for quite some time now. I'm on T-Mobile, and it seems to happen right as we near the conclusion of our contract.

We wrapped up our agreement with T-Mobile about a week ago, having formally exited around mid-December. Since late November, we've been inundated with calls-often receiving them daily, sometimes even twice a day. It's become rather overwhelming and, frankly, feels like harassment. We’re keen to lodge a complaint about this situation, as we believe it's quite unacceptable. How should we go about reporting this?

We recently received a call on a Vodafone number that’s only a fortnight old, regarding a contract with ‘3’ that’s been in effect for about six weeks. The person on the other end didn’t seem to have a clue how we ended up with this contract or when it started. After a bit of confusion, they finally apologised for bothering us. Quite the mix-up, really!

I’m a T-Mobile customer, but I use a Pay as You Go plan. We didn’t respond to the call since we were busy at work, and honestly, I’m quite relieved that we didn’t.

The number 02920368797 has been incessantly ringing our mobile, and we sincerely wish they would just stop with the incessant calls. They tried to get in touch with us again earlier today, but rest assured, we have no intention of answering them at all.

I've just spotted that I missed a call from this number earlier today! We definitely aren't approaching the conclusion of our T-mobile agreement anytime soon.

I’ve just changed to a new Vodafone plan and I happened to miss a call from this number. I’ll be sure to get back to them the next time they ring and will update everyone on who it turns out to be.

Honestly, we haven't a foggiest who this caller could be. That said, I echo what the previous commenter mentioned. We're currently with T-Mobile and are approaching the end of our contract period.

I've received two missed calls from this number and chose not to pick up. A few days prior, I had a similar experience with a phone number that was strikingly alike. Upon researching that one, I discovered it was linked to a company called LBM Marketing. I did manage to answer, and they claimed to be ringing regarding an upgrade with Vodafone. However, having spoken to Vodafone just the night before and already sorted my upgrade, I let them know they were mistaken, asked them to remove my details from their records, and requested they cease all attempts to contact me. I can't help but suspect this is the same bunch.

I'm currently using Vodafone and my contract still has quite a bit of time left on it. Earlier on, we saw that we missed a call from this number. Has anyone got a clue about who it might belong to? If someone attempts to sell us a phone, it’s likely from Three Mobile. The only bit of information we've been able to dig up is that the 02920 area code appears to be associated with Cardiff.

I just acquired one of these, but I didn't respond as we were without our mobile phone at the time.

I'm noticing a trend with this number, folks. I'm on the verge of wrapping up my T-Mobile contract, and to be honest, I've never received a response when trying to get in touch via this number. Certainly don't plan on chasing it up, either.

I've just received a missed call from this number. I tried ringing back, but my call went unanswered. Since we’re still well within the bounds of our contract with Vodafone, it's a bit baffling as to why they’d be reaching out to us. To be honest, I’ve no intention of answering if they ring again.

I've been receiving calls from this number five times a day for the last four weeks, and it’s becoming quite bothersome. We're using T Mobile, and I'm really getting fed up with it. It's just utterly frustrating! Ugh!

Our contract with T-Mobile is nearing its conclusion, and we've made numerous requests to be removed from their database. Despite this, we still receive persistent phone calls from them. They've claimed that T-Mobile has shared our details with them. It seems that when they wish to offload some business, they just can’t resist contacting us!

I've had a couple of calls from this number, but I can't say I recognise it. Given that we're nearing the conclusion of our contract with T-Mobile, I'm guessing it's one of those companies trying to entice us into an upgrade. I've chosen not to answer them, and I have no plans to do so in the future either.

In the last couple of days, I've received a shocking nine calls from them! Each time, we've turned down the ring and intend to keep doing so.
