Quite the peculiar situation! It seems that the tax office (or so they claim) has gone and left a message instructing me to dial this number. Oddly enough, the number in question appears to be non-existent. It's all a bit baffling, to say the least!

I’ve got the address for the Tax Credits Review Team at HMRC: they’re based at Ty Glas in Llanishen, Cardiff, CF14 5FP. They’re available from Monday to Friday, 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon.
