I’d like to share my experience with a dismal internet connection. I received a call from someone claiming to represent Sky, despite the fact that they aren’t even my internet provider. Quite the mix-up!

Got a scary automated message claiming my internet is illegal or something, telling me to press some buttons. This is actually the second time today I've had one of these calls. I've blocked the numbers already but I’m pretty sure they keep switching them up.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Sky, saying my internet speed's been all over the place and they wanted to offer an upgrade. Asked loads of questions like if I had a PC and so on. I kept telling them there was nothing wrong but they just wouldn’t listen. Ended up hanging up after it went nowhere.
