We've received a few calls from them attempting to reach someone who clearly doesn't reside at our address! We've let them know that this individual isn't here, yet they keep insisting they need to speak to the homeowner! They claim to be associated with some sort of government grant programme, which is thoroughly baffling! What on earth is going on?

A couple of individuals from this number reached out to us, claiming they were following up regarding a grant for insulating our home. However, the moment we mentioned we weren't keen on their offer, they abruptly terminated the call without any warning. Quite unprofessional, really!
