Got a call from a place I’d never heard of saying my PPI claim had been accepted. When I asked for their company name, the person just hung up on me. Totally sketchy.

On the morning of 28th September, I got three calls but no voicemail. Luckily, BT Call Guardian blocked any more after that.

This number 02920211136 has been blowing up my phone loads over the past few weeks, about 4 times just today. It’s clearly a scam trying to trick you into giving them money. Sometimes it’s a recorded voice, other times a person answers. I’ve told them to stop calling me but they don’t listen. They also use different numbers, always saying they’re from either BT or Amazon tech support.

We’ve been getting calls about an Amazon scam pretty much every week now. Thankfully, someone has finally stepped in to deal with it, which is a relief. It’s been a bit of a nightmare, but it seems like they’re trying to stop it from going on any longer.

So this number 029202111361 rang me twice this morning, once around 8.30 and then again close to 9.40. I ignored the first one but answered the second call, though I didn’t say anything. The person on the other end just hung up. I’ve gotten loads of calls like this lately and now I always look up the number before picking up. Heard somewhere that if you actually talk, it somehow 'activates' the call or something, so I’m wary now.

I got a call from someone called Grace claiming to be from Amazon, saying they wanted to refund me for my Amazon Prime subscription. I told her straight away to delete my info in line with the EU GDPR rules and then just ended the call.

I got a call here in Plymouth from someone saying they were with Amazon, saying they needed to update my account details. Total scam, don’t fall for it!

Absolutely a scam - they keep saying they're from Amazon about my Prime membership, which I don't even have. They've rung me five times already today. I've blocked them through BT at 1572, but I’m sure they'll just ring again from some other number. Annoying beyond words!

I keep getting calls from a number I don’t recognise - it’s like every couple of hours they ring, but whenever I pick up, the call just ends right away. Honestly, I have no clue how to make it stop.
