Its Spark Energy calling me non stop, always asking if I want to switch energy suppliers. Im already with them so its proper annoying. Silly lot if you ask me. Honestly thinking about switching after all this hassle. They keep ringing saying they want to install smart meters, but they should know I cant get one since my gas and electric meters are on separate floors. And ive been with them for ages, yet they seem clueless. Also heard somewhere Spark Energy might have stopped trading and someone else took over? Not sure if that’s true tho.

Even though I blocked their number, they keep ringing daily, sometimes even twice a day. Do they just never stop?

Spark Energy have been ringing me again, even though I told them before to take me off their list and I even spoke to someone quite nice about it. Now this time, the woman on the phone was really impolite and quite rude. If this is how they deal with people thinking of switching, I can’t imagine how they treat the ones they already have! A woman rang up inquiring about an individual I had no knowledge of whatsoever. I explained that there was no one by that name associated with this number. She apologised, mentioned it must have been a misdial, wished me a pleasant day, and promptly disconnected.
