I got a call from Green Chef, a meal delivery service, they wanted to help me start an account so I could claim a discount prize I had won in some competition.

Got a text saying it was from Santander telling me to ring a certain number. When I called, a call centre picked up and started asking me loads of security questions. I wasn’t having any of it, so I hung up and contacted Santander myself. They told me that the reference number was fake and the phone number definitely wasn’t theirs. Wouldn’t advise anyone to call that number - better to report it to the police or get in touch with Santander’s fraud team instead.
