Received a call from these chaps, and let me tell you, they were rather secretive about their identity. They even went so far as to issue a rather bold threat, saying they'd come round to see us. I must admit, I’m quite curious to see if they actually follow through on that. I tried returning the call, but got some automated American voice stating the number was invalid. I plan to hunt these individuals down and give them a taste of their own medicine - better be ready to face the music, you insignificant little twit!

We found ourselves in quite the pickle with a lot of chatter about some marbles, which seemed to be the crux of their claims. The moment we said we didn’t possess any, they rather eagerly countered that we had apparently splurged on them a fortnight prior. After we firmly told them that was a load of nonsense, they casually mentioned sending debt collectors our way. Quite the cheek! We simply called them out for their foolishness and hung up.

Received a call this evening from someone claiming to represent Marbles cc. They quickly turned nasty and aggressive once we dismissed their nonsense. Following that, I got two more calls, each more hostile and melodramatic than the last, with threats about sending their 'people' over. My two Dobies are quite eager for a bit of action, I must say!

Received a call from this number, claiming to be from a credit assessment centre related to Marbles. They mentioned some government survey indicating that people were keen on reducing their interest rates to help tackle their debts. As they started probing for personal details, we provided only the most minimal and unclear responses on purpose, and then they abruptly hung up. Rubbish!

Greetings! Just wanted to share our experience with this number. Over the past month, we've been receiving persistent calls from individuals claiming to be from a provident assessment centre. They've been quite alarming, even threatening to send a debt collector to our residence. It's been an absolute nuisance!

I received a call just like the one described earlier this evening, on 12th January 2010. The caller claimed to be from the Credit Assessment Centre regarding a Marbles credit card. We firmly told them we don’t possess a Marbles credit card, and then, abruptly, they hung up on us. Given the circumstances, we’ve now blocked their number with our O2 provider, so they won't be able to reach us again.

A friend of mine received a call from a number that matched theirs; they were apparently searching for us by our names. When they reached out later to relay a message, they insisted we pass it on to a woman, clarifying that she already had a boyfriend. When I tried calling back, a similar-sounding American woman answered and claimed that the extension number was invalid. It seems like there are some pranksters out there making these silly calls!

Received a couple of calls from this number, but as we don’t recognise it, we chose not to answer and they left no voicemail. It’s been a fortnight and we’ve received two attempts, so being on the x list, we’ve flagged these calls with our phone provider.

I've received a barrage of calls over the last few days from an absolute nuisance using the number 02920025010. They keep trying to reach out to my husband, who's disabled and frankly has quite enough on his plate without these dimwits pestering him about non-existent credit cards. It's incredibly frustrating! We've reached out to our phone provider and managed to block the number. Hopefully, that will put an end to their nonsense!

Received a call from this number, and the person on the line claimed to be from something called the "Credit Assessment Centre," saying they wanted to discuss our Marbles Credit Card. The moment we mentioned that we weren't cardholders, they abruptly ended the call. Quite peculiar, especially since I’m ex-directory and have registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Just doesn’t feel right!

I received a call from the number 02920025010, but I chose not to answer as I didn’t recognise it. They didn’t leave a message, and when I tried to call back, I got a woman with a distinctly American accent telling me the extension was incorrect. After reading through some comments here, I reckon we’ll have a good chuckle if they get in touch again. Cheers, D.

However, when I tried to return the call, an American-accented woman answered, saying the extension was not valid. After seeing the comments here, I reckon when they call again, we might just have a chuckle before answering! Cheers, D.

Received a call from this number, but to my annoyance, they left no message behind. Much like the previous commenter, the next time they decide to ring me, I’ll be ready to have a bit of a laugh. If they’re bold enough to say they’ll drop by, we’d happily welcome them! I reckon my 23 years of practicing Tae Kwon Do might just come into play, eh? Bring it on, chaps! What a bunch of numpties! 8-)

I didn't receive any message from them. When I called back, I was greeted by a recorded message from an American woman saying, "That’s not a legitimate extension." Since I’m on the x list, the next time these callers get in touch, I think I’ll answer and blast a pierce of high-pitched alarm sound right next to the phone!

I've recently had a rather dubious call from a so-called financial services centre. They were purporting to be linked to a national government entity, claiming to assist in recovering bank charges. However, their sales tactics were utterly questionable. It felt very much like a cold call-there was an air of dishonesty, as they refused to share any concrete information. To top it all off, they appeared to be operating without proper licensing and seemed to be flouting the Data Protection Act left, right, and centre. Honestly, it's astonishing how many rules these folks are willing to break!

You're quite the piece of work! Honestly, you'd struggle to find your way out of a cardboard box if it was your only challenge.
