They said they were calling from the exchange and had found an issue. Then they asked me to do a bunch of things on my PC, but the sketchy bit was when they wanted to control my computer remotely. That’s when I knew it was dodgy - once they get in, they can mess around with your device. We only started getting these calls after BT put our service in, both before and after the setup.
