I got a call from a woman claiming to be with BT, saying my internet speeds were slow and she needed to run some tests. She asked if I was close to my router and PC. I told her I actually don’t have internet at all. She insisted that her system showed I was a customer using the service. When I asked what name she had listed, she just said thanks and ended the call straight away. I’m definitely not a BT customer.
