I got a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, asking if I'd bought a phone recently. I told them straight up "No, I haven't" and then just hung up. Later on, I double-checked my Amazon account just to be sure no dodgy orders had been placed, and thankfully there wasn’t anything suspicious at all.
