I got a call from some automated American lady saying I had to confirm a £700 charge for a flight from the States to Europe. Sounded fishy to me, so I just ended the call straight away. Definitely a scam if you ask me.

What a complete con! I was subjected to a voice message, clearly automated, drenched in an American twang, discussing some £700 charge for a flight from the States to Europe. As soon as I caught wind of that nonsense, I ended the call.
