They then message you through WhatsApp, asking you to send over the photos, giving you a claim reference number as well. As soon as they figure you’re no use, they just drop contact. I was travelling a long way with nothing better to do, so I spent an hour chatting with them - that’s an hour they couldn’t be conning anyone else.WhatsApp2 yearsGot a call from someone saying I’d been in a car crash and they were the insurance company for the other driver.
