Someone said they were from Openreach, but I never got in touch with them for any issues. The first caller, who sounded Asian and was way too cheerful, left a message I couldn’t make out, so I just hung up. Then, a few mins later, I got another call from a different number (02895 939391). The person again said they were from Openreach, but their message was still unclear because of a thick Asian accent. When I asked the second caller to explain why they were ringing, they just quickly ended the call.
