I've been getting these irritating calls on my mobile from this one number, so I ended up blocking it. Nowadays, I just ignore calls from unknown numbers - if it’s someone I know, they usually send a text anyway. Honestly, this number needs to be shut down, it’s just pure harassment and totally unwanted.

This number rings me up twice or more every week and always acts like they’re familiar with me, even calling me by name. I’ve told them repeatedly to stop bothering me and to take my info off their list, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. Being disabled, I really don’t need these pointless calls interrupting my day. Now, I’ve saved the number on my phone just to ignore it completely. P.J.L.

O2 keeps ringing me but I have no clue what they’re trying to pitch, and honestly, I’m not bothered to find out. In just one week, I’ve had like five calls where they insist on using my first name - which I think is really cheeky! Every time I tell them to take my number off their list, but nothing changes. Does anyone know how to make this stop? I’m having a rough patch right now because my sister is very poorly and these calls are just too much for me.
