I reckon this was definitely some kinda spam call.

Received a rather dodgy cold call regarding a mortgage assessment. The caller claimed I had requested a call when my fixed rate ended-strange, given that I've never had a fixed rate mortgage at any point! When I pointed this out, her response was rather rude, dismissively barking, “Didn’t you listen to what I just said?” She then went off on an uncalled-for rant when I sought clarification. Quite the experience, I must say!
