Received a call today from a firm named Vocal - undoubtedly a call centre. When I enquired about their identity, the chap on the other end insisted on getting my name and number first before revealing any details. Things got a bit heated when I probed him on the reason for his request. He became quite confrontational. I mentioned that I wasn’t pleased with his manner and planned to report the incident, to which he retorted that my tone was not acceptable either and promptly disconnected the call. Quite the experience, I must say!
