3 yearsI had a rather peculiar call at 8 in the morning, from an individual chattering away in an Asian tongue. Upon realising I was on the line, he promptly switched to English, claiming that my broadband had been compromised. When I inquired about the name of his company, he said it was BT. I informed him I would handle it myself and ended the call. I then attempted to ring BT directly, only to find that the number he called from wasn't theirs at all! Quite a shock, I must say. That number is now firmly blocked!BT3 yearsA guy with a thick South Asian accent, hardly speaking proper English, told me my internet was hacked. I wasn't having any of it, showed him I was annoyed and hung up straight away. Whoever's behind this - BT or whoever - needs to put a stop to it and take legal action!BT3 yearsReceived a call from someone with an Indian accent, purporting to be from Microsoft, insisting that my internet had been compromised. What a farce - complete waste of my time! I made my feelings quite clear to the caller.
