Hello there, I'm the one who posted a note here about three months prior. I've been plagued by this number ringing me incessantly over the past week, ringing as often as three times daily!

I suspect it might be some sort of automated system since they always reach out around the same hours (usually at 10 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon). More often than not, it’s just silence on the other end, and then they hang up after merely a couple of seconds.

Is there anyone out there who knows whether answering such calls incurs any charges?
