SCAM - Got a call from a polite lady with an African accent claiming to be from "O2". She said she wanted to give me a free upgrade for my current plan. When I asked her exactly which package I’m on, she just said “your phone package”. Then, when I pushed for more details, she went silent and then abruptly ended the call. Definitely a scam!
