this bloke rang me but wouldnt say who he was. kept talking really quick with this strong indian accent, i couldnt catch a thing. then he just hung up on me. i got another call from a different number later on but i just let it ring out.

Had a call from someone probably from the Indian subcontinent, but I didn’t even let him say what he was about. I just told him I’m blocking any more calls from that number. Honestly, these folks should be dealt with harshly, like maybe with a blunt bread knife or something.
