got a call from someone saying they were with "the benefits agency" and wanted to ask me some questions. i'd heard that one before, so i acted interested and asked what part of the agency they were from. they just stuck to their usual script, not giving a straight answer. after a bit, i just told them to buzz off with a bit of attitude, cause i was fed up with their rubbish scam attempt.

Some woman rang me saying she was with BT or something, warning me my number was about to be blocked. I kept asking which company she was actually from as I couldn’t make it out and I’m not even a BT customer. After telling her to get lost, as I was ending the call I could hear her shouting swears like ‘f**k off’ over and over. I reckon I must’ve annoyed her. But honestly, she was trespassing on my privacy and I’m signed up with the TPS anyway.

I tried calling again but just got that engaged signal. I've now gone ahead and blocked this number completely.

got a ring from this number just now. the person asked if i was 'mr a. g.' but ive not lived here for over 7 years now, the last person was 'mr a. 9'. i tried to ask who was calling but as soon as i said that, the line went dead. i tried calling back but the number wont take incoming calls, so no clue who it might have been.

Got a call from a guy asking if I’d do a survey about my home. When I said I was up for it, he just dropped the call straight away. Really odd.
