Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent asking if I was my husband. I told her no, obviously not, as I’m a woman. Then she asked if I was a relative or something, and I just told her she sounded like a scammer and ended the call. I was a bit worried afterward since I’d just applied for Indian visas, but luckily your site helped me check and everything’s fine. These scammers are the worst, honestly.

Just received a call moments ago, but there was nobody on the line. I felt quite threatened as they mentioned involving the police. This feels like harassment to me. Something really needs to be done about this!

I got a call from a really impolite woman who kept insisting I confirm stuff she obviously already knew. I told her no a few times but she got pretty snappy with me. The signal was terrible so I could hardly catch what she was saying and in the end I just hung up.

I've had this number calling my house three times over the past two days. The first two calls were from a woman with an accent, and then a man with a different accent rang me up as well. got a random call from this number, some bloke with a foreign accent kept grilling me with questions even after i said i wasn’t interested in talking. when they just wouldn’t stop i ended up hanging up. but then the same number called back in less than half a minute so i just let it ring out to answerphone. after that, the guy started swearing like mad about me “wrecking his day”. bizarre experience!

I received a rather unwelcome call from this number not too long ago. An individual with a foreign accent bombarded me with questions, despite my clear indication that I wasn’t in a position to take the call. After repeating myself multiple times without success, I decided to disconnect. Not even twenty seconds later, my phone rang again. This time, I let the answering machine handle it. The chap on the other end then launched into an impressive tirade about how I had 'spoiled his day'!

they called and wanted to speak to me by name, then when I asked who it was, they just hung up. these scammers are getting on my nerves!

So yesterday, someone rang me but from another number. Thankfully, my call blocker is doing its job and about half of their calls got stopped. Their number just popped up in my missed calls but didn’t actually get through. Quite glad for that!

I got a call from an Indian bloke asking me to answer some questions about my habits and lifestyle. I’ve had experiences before where after taking part in these surveys, my phone got flooded with annoying calls nonstop.

I got a call from someone claiming to be Jennifer, saying she was from Habit & Lifestyle in the UK and wanted to ask me a few questions to sell me stuff. It was complete nonsense. The line had that weird lag you usually get from overseas calls, and she definitely didn't sound British - more like from the Indian subcontinent or somewhere similar, so no way her name was Jennifer. I told her I wasn’t interested at all and ended the call straight away.

Got a call from some guy in India with the same name as me. He kept going on about habits and lifestyle stuff. When I mentioned the number was registered with the TPS, he quickly said sorry and ended the call. What really threw me was how much the number looked like a proper Northern Ireland one at first glance.

Got a call from this Indian bloke, so I decided to ring him back. Was shocked by his cheeky tone. He acted like he had loads of info about me! I just ended up hanging up on him.
