Got a recorded call saying my Amazon Prime subscription was up for renewal. When I rang customer service, the lady advised me to use their online form on either a laptop or phone to stop the renewal. Since the call was to my parents’ landline, I had no clue there was any Prime account linked to it, so I figured it might be a scam.
