Called but hung up before I had a moment to pick up. Definitely sounds like a nuisance call.

I received a phone call from a chap with a thick Indian accent, purporting to be from O2. He said they needed to connect me with his manager and instructed me to provide a security code they had apparently sent me earlier, so the supervisor could authorise a discount. It’s got all the hallmarks of a scam, if you ask me!

I saw the call but didn’t pick up since it showed as potential spam - glad I avoided it.

Got a call from someone claiming to be O2, sounded like it was from an Indian call centre. Then they said they’d put me through to a “supervisor” who told me a security code would pop up on my phone and asked me to read it out so they could access my account. I decided to mess with them and kept chatting for about 10 minutes just for a laugh :)
