I received a call from someone quite insistent about helping me cut down on my monthly expenses. He was rather overzealous, to say the least!

I got a call from someone saying they could help lower my bills, but I could hardly get what he was saying. I’m thinking it might be a scam, sounds like maybe an Irish con with an Indian accent? Not totally sure, but I don’t often get it wrong 🤐
