Had a call from someone claiming to be Virgin Broadband, but the moment I told them they weren't from Virgin Media, they just hung up. Total scam, I reckon.

They rang me a few times, and when I finally asked who it was, they just cut the call.

The landline only rang twice before I picked up, but the caller had already hung up by then. I dialled 1471 to find out who it was. These scammers are such a nuisance and really need to be brought to justice! With all these scams spreading everywhere, it's clear that technology is being misused. Proper action really must be taken to put an end to this menace once and for all.

Got a call from someone pretending to be Virgin Media, warning me my internet would be disconnected because of problems with my IP address. It’s such a classic scam, really. Best to just ignore that number and not pick up.
