Today, I finally attempted to ring them back, only to be greeted by an Irish lady who claimed to work for a cosmetics brand! She appeared rather puzzled by my situation regarding the calls. I found it odd that another caller from a different company referenced Lisbon, while someone else had a connection to tinnitus. Feeling rather suspicious, I’m starting to think this whole thing may be dodgy spam!

Apparently, my phone indicates that it’s linked to a Lisbon area code. Given that I don’t have any acquaintances in Lisbon, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it.

I suspect it might be a charitable organisation aimed at supporting those with hearing impairments and tinnitus, yet whenever I pick up the phone, they disconnect the call. Quite puzzling!
