So I got this call from someone saying they were from BT or Openreach about my internet being rubbish and super slow. I told them straight up that BT and Openreach ain't the same company, plus my missus actually works at BT. The guy on the phone kept going on that he could see my speed had dropped and that I needed his help to sort it out. It all felt a bit dodgy to me.
