yeah, tried calling but no answer, these lot are just a right pain.

I picked up the phone and there was nothing but quiet from the other side. After a pause, I finally said something and then the call just got cut off straightaway.

Got a call on my landline from this number, but there was nobody there when I picked up. After a few moments of nothing, the call just ended. Sounds like an auto-dialler to me, probably checking if the line is active. Always feels a bit dodgy. The number's got the Bangor (North Wales) area code, but when I looked it up, it said it’s registered to some Elizabeth Foster in Bolton. Seems fishy to me.

Got a call on the landline with absolutely no one speaking when I answered - just silence, then it hung up after a short while. Feels like some automated system just checking if the number is active or something. The area code points to Bangor in North Wales, but when I looked the full number up, it showed an Elizabeth Foster from Bolton. Honestly, seemed a bit dodgy to me.
