I got a call from someone saying they were with 02 and had a special deal for me. If you’re an 02 customer, they’ll send a text with a code and ask you for it. Once you give it, they mess with your 02 password and end up ordering phones using your account. Afterwards, they tell you to send the parcels somewhere else and you lose control of your 02 profile. Definitely check out some videos about 02 scams on YouTube to spot the warning signs.

Not sure who they were but seemed like a spam call to me.

Some bloke said he was calling from Three and offered me an iPhone 14 upgrade for just £35 a month. I told him if he was legit, he’d know I’m not due for an upgrade yet. He insisted it was possible anyway. So I asked him what my monthly payments would be and what bank I’m with. He just swore at me and slammed the phone down.

It's quite unsettling that they have my full name, address, and even my postcode. When I told the woman I was going to hand her over to the police, she just ended the call straight away. Honestly, these calls are getting way out of hand, especially since vulnerable folks are targeted - something really needs to be done about it.
