Not sure who it was, might have been a scammer trying to ring me.

I got a call from what looked like a landline connected to IP Voice Networks Ltd out of Bangor, Co.Down, Northern Ireland. Didn’t pick up the phone and, as always, no voicemail or text left. I’m pretty wary of these calls - might be a genuine company but I’m leaning towards thinking it’s dodgy and plan to block the number.
