i told the person on the phone that i'm not up for any surveys and i definitely dont want any post about mortgages or life insurance. the number showed belfast on my screen, but then the guy rang again straight away from a manchester 0161 code. i said again no thanks and to not call me anymore. i get like 4 of these annoying calls daily now, really fed up. i thought the government was meant to be cracking down on these nuisance calls?

Got one of those phishing calls again. Didn’t even wait to tell ’em where to stick their phone before I slammed down the receiver. Proper annoying!

i was driving and luckily didnt pick up this call. these idiots are getting so sneaky now, calling from landline numbers to trick you. how on earth did they get hold of a landline number? is that even allowed???

When I asked where 'Alex' was ringing from, they just got really rude and said, "why aren't you answering me when I ask how you are?" Proper strange behaviour if you ask me.

The call didn’t have anyone talking, but my phone showed the number was linked to Bangor. Really odd.

Got a call from an unknown number, sounded like some auto dialler. When I picked up, no one spoke, just silence on the other end. I left it open for about 5 minutes, hoping to waste their time and cash.

I never pick up when it’s a number I don’t recognise, so didn’t bother with this one. No voicemail or anything left either.

I've had a few calls from numbers I don't recognise, but I usually don't pick up. If it really mattered, surely they'd leave a voicemail, but nope, no messages left at all.
