I tried to answer but the number was blocked and didn’t come up on my phone. No idea who it was!

On 2nd May 2018, I got a couple of calls on my mobile from this number. I chose not to pick up, and when I attempted to return the call from a landline that had its number withheld, I was met with a message stating, ‘the number you’ve dialled is not valid, please double-check and try again.’ Quite odd, if you ask me!
