I've received a handful of calls from this number recently. Most of the time, I pick up but keep quiet, and they never say a word before disconnecting. However, today was different - the bloke actually called me by my first name. When I replied, asking who was on the line, he just hung up without a word. Quite baffling, really. Feels like a right waste of time, to be honest.

Received a dodgy call purporting to be from Vodafone. The caller became quite irate when I questioned their legitimacy. Definitely a scam!

I received a call and picked up the phone. A chap on the other end inquired if I’d be interested in lowering my phone bill. I told him I was satisfied with my current plan, and just like that, he ended the call. If that doesn’t scream scam, then I’m not sure what does!

I received a call from someone claiming to be "Seamus," attempting to convince me to renew a contract. When I mentioned that I had no contract in place, he insisted it was with O2. I conceded that, yes, there was a connection, and then he started touting a supposedly better deal. I shared the terms of my existing arrangement, and his reaction was quite something: he exclaimed how marvellous my current contract was before promptly ending the call! Complete scam - steer clear! It’s outrageous that these individuals can operate like this; they truly ought to be located and faced with proper consequences for their dubious ‘work.’
