Avoid this number at all costs! They rang me on my phone at half past one in the morning, waking me up. When I returned the call from a landline, a recorded voice said it was G4S ringing about an alarm or something like that - not the firm that usually contacts me about alarms at my house or work. No idea how they got my mobile number. Such a pest! Properly annoyed now, and it took forever for me to nod off again after that.

Got a call on my mobile around 1:30am, totally woke me up. I rang back from my landline, only to get a recorded message saying I’d ‘reached g4s’ and apologising for the disturbance, mentioning an alarm or some sort of incident. Now, that’s definitely not the firm that handles alarms for my home or work. I’ve never even had any contact with g4s before. No clue how they got my number. Such a nuisance, proper annoying! Took me ages to drift off again after that.

I can't see why any legit firm would leave a number for you to ring back on an automated message if it wasn't proper. And seriously, why on earth would an alarm company be ringing me out of the blue? Then they go on about the problem possibly being fixed depending on the time I call, which just feels off. Something sketchy is definitely going on here.

I find annoying calls quite funny, actually. My phone plan requires them to choose option 1, 2, or 3 before connecting to me, and most get so fed up they just hang up straight away. Still, I always look up the number afterwards out of curiosity. That 0289 078 5400 one? Nope, not interested at all. Haha!

This number rang me like 13 times between Sunday night and Monday morning - starting around 10:45pm then again at 11:20pm, followed by calls at 1:05am, 1:37am, 2:10am, 2:46am, 3:21am, 3:54am, 4:34am, then early morning at 6:30am, 7:07am, 7:08am, and 7:10am. Lucky for me I switched my phone to silent mode before crashing out, otherwise I wouldn’t have got any proper sleep!

This number is definitely for G4S. They called me two times in less than thirty minutes really early this morning. I didn’t pick up and they didn’t leave any voicemail. This number popped up on my phone earlier today but I didn't pick up since I didn't know it. We've got an alarm system but if it triggers, we get an email alert from the monitoring company, not from these people. When we returned home, everything was fine, no alarms had sounded. My daughter’s alarm is different though - if it activates, it automatically alerts the police and fire services. They then call her to check if she's alright, and if there's no reply, they come over to her place.
