Got a call from some woman on a recorded message sayin my internet might get cut off right away because of some dodgy stuff linked to my IP address. She said “press 1 to talk to a tech.” Then out of nowhere, a bloke interrupted and told me to send the call somewhere else. Complete con!

got a call sayin my talk talk internet is gonna be cut off, then it asked me to press 1 or 2, but i just didn’t bother with it.

these annoying calls come from fake numbers that don’t even exist, it’s driving me nuts. unless the police actually step in, nothing’s going to get better. i just wish someone could give me the tech to make sense of it all instead of me being all confused.

Got my very first call today on my answering machine, showed it was from Belfast, Northern Ireland. No one left any message though, as soon as they realised it was just an answerphone, the call was just ended straight away.
