5 yearsthis woman called me with a south asian accent and i really had to ask her a few times to say things again cause i just couldnt understand her. she said she was ringing from bt openreach about issues with my broadband. she asked if i’d noticed my internet getting slower but i said no, it was fine for me. before i could see where she was going she just hung up. i know for a fact bt openreach never calls customers directly so if someone says they’re from there it’s probably a scam.BT OpenreachSubmit Your Own Report (028 9058 4766)
