Some bloke from a call centre rang me up claiming there was an issue with my Virgin Media router and asked for my mobile number and the router’s password. He said there were loads of internet faults and they needed to apply some sort of patch. I told him I’m with Sky, but he insisted Sky and Virgin were basically the same company 🤦‍♂️. When I refused to give him any details, he got really rude and ended up swearing at me. Honestly, watch out for dodgy calls like that.
